Deletion is permanent. Profile, pieces, rendered slides, brands, logos, fonts, uploaded images, API keys, the comment and message queue, and the Instagram connection will be removed from operational databases.
Authenticated deletion
- Sign in to GeniePost.
- Open My account → Delete my account or use the button below.
- Verify your identity and confirm permanent deletion.
Only disconnect Instagram
If you want to cut off access to your profile without deleting the account, disconnect the Meta account inside the studio or remove GeniePost under Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites. That revokes the token immediately and deletes the stored connection; your pieces stay where they are.
Unable to sign in
Email contato@geniepost.ai from the registered address and request deletion. We may perform proportionate identity verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
